A: We ship from Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
A: No, because all our products are personalized, specially made for you. So any item is not eligible for return/ exchange as it is personalized.
Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A: It will usually take 3-6 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q: Is shipping really FREE?
A: Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.
Q: Do you provide refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?
A: Yes, we have our simple 5 days Return & Refund Policy. There is a possibility of minor scratches as the product is handmade and should not be considered as a defect.
