Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy
We do not accept return. However, customers may be eligible for a refund if they can provide
a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number, and their order was not delivered
according to carrier tracking information.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a product arrives scratched or damaged, customers may be eligible for a replacement,
and they must provide photo proof within 36 hours of delivery. Additionally, if a product does
not adhere well to a case or phone, customers may also be eligible for a replacement
product.

at Support@whoicard.com for assistance. Most issues can be resolved with some helpful tips
provided by our team. If you still experiencing issues after contacting support you will get
replacement product.
It’s important to note that if you request a refund, and our team cannot confirm the
potential defect, you may not be eligible for a refund on your order. Once approved for
a refund, we will send you email notifying for your purchase has been refunded. The
refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to their original
method of payment within 2-6 Working days.
Warranty
If your Product is damaged or loses its adhesive within the first 30 days of your order being
marked as delivered, you are eligible for a free placement. If your Product becomes
damaged after 30 days of your order being marked as delivered, you may be eligible for a
replacement/discount code. Please speak to a customer service representative at
Support@whoicard.com to determine your eligibility. If your Product loses its adhesive between 31
and 90 days of your order being marked as delivered, you are eligible for a 100% off code to
purchase a replacement. Between 90 days and 6 months of your order being marked as
delivered, you are eligible to receive a 70% off code to purchase a replacement. Between 6
months and 1 year, you are eligible for 50% off a new order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot
be refunded.

We do not accept exchanges.
Shipping
We do not accept returns, so no shipping info is required.

We, at WhoiCard strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We take pride in making all our products defect free. All products shipped after thorough checking, therefore the chance of a defect occurring is very rare, and in an event of such occurrence we will replace the product with a functioning product ASAP. You could get in touch with us for your refunds/replacements. All refund/ replacement claims shall be submitted no later than 2 days of product delivery. However, if you’ve made an error in purchasing, bring it to our notice the same working day so that we don’t ship the product. Products once shipped shall not be eligible for returns/refunds if they don’t meet our fair judgment criteria. Choose as carefully as you can before you hit that buy button. Your simple hit on that button starts a long logistics process chain at our end. Be kind to environment and also to our people who bring such wonderful products to you. We do not accept returns/exchanges once the product is shipped. We will not be in a position to exchange or refund Personalised Products, Used, Activated or Customer damaged goods. Exchange of the product is permitted only if it’s received as damaged. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a eGiftCard which can be used within 12 months on our website. The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it’s within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply. Missing Parcels Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your ordered items do not arrive, and we will get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. Cancel the order? Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. Please call us / WhatsApp on +91-8141165881 to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. We assure you of the finest product/services and consider customer satisfaction as our primary goal. However, if by any chance, you wish to cancel/discontinue service/product from our end, we also assure the most reliable and transparent process for the same. Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order placed/paid by you, you can do so until it is shipped. You can cancel any item by simply clicking on the cancel button and your refund will be initiated right after. However, once the product is dispatched and the shipping process has started, your order can no longer be cancelled. But in case, you have cancelled your order before it gets shipped, it’ll be considered cancelled, and a refund will be reimbursed into your account within 2 weeks. Refunds We follow a very transparent policy that guarantees 100% money back in case of a cancellation initiated by you before shipping. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What We Will Do Together:

Step 1 –
Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).
Please raise a request here with order and contact details –
You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option.
In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request.

Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.

Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your PayTM Wallet or Mamapay Wallet.

Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

Wrong product delivered
Expired product delivered
Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
Incomplete order – missing products
Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
Opened/ used/ altered products.
Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.

**WhoICard reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note – Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
