There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.
Charges:
Shipping Charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Cash On Delivery (COD):
COD is available Pan-India. COD service is not available for international orders.
NO Hidden Charges:
The final cost that you are communicated during check-out is what you will have to pay.
No extra amount on the final price will be charged.
Final charges will be inclusive of shipping charges and taxes, except orders shipping internationally.
Time taken to deliver your order:
We get on our toes as soon as you place an order with us. Your order may reach you within 5-7 working days for metros within India after we confirm item dispatch. For other cities, 7-10 working days after we confirm item dispatch.
Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.
International Shipping:
International shipping fee is dependent on the delivery country. It will be automatically added to the final billing amount during order checkout.
We ship through DHL courier and deliver to most countries in 2 Week.
WhoiCard is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.
Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves. Please include a phone number with your order so that you may be easily contacted in the event that there is a problem with delivery.
Shipment Tracking Numbers:
As WhoiCard custom creates its products per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed.
Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee delivery dates, the date you are provided with is simply an estimate.
On rare occasions, where the print output may not meet our quality control standards, we’ll have no choice but to reprint your order, causing delays.
Customs Policy for International Orders:
Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
WhoiCard does not have control over these fees, nor can we predict the exact cost of these fees.
Out of Stock Orders
If stock is over after the order is placed, the full refund will be initiated on the same account.
